A 3-network-in-1 SIM card from RTK Mobile provides service from the cellular data networks of AT&T, T-Mobile and Verizon, and automatically connects to the strongest signal.

Starting today, Carlson Software will include a free unactivated SIM card from RTK Mobile in all U.S. shipments with SIM-ready hardware. The SIM can be activated by enrolling in a plan. The plans start at $25/month for 1 GB of data. RTK Mobile’s website (https://www.rtkmobile.com) provides video instructions for setting up tablet, GNSS and listen-listen devices such as the Carlson BRx7; Carlson RT3, RT4 and RT5 tablets; and others.

Free SIM cards will be shipped with SIM capable U.S. hardware purchases. Current owners of compatible Carlson devices can request a discounted SIM card from rtkmobile.com/sim-cards/ using coupon code CARLSON.

Users no longer need to figure out which cellular carrier has the best coverage in their area. Carlson Software customers can now get the coverage of the major three U.S. mobile providers on a single data plan.

RTK Mobile does not currently offer voice or SMS service, so their data-only cellular plan is more appropriate for the kind of hardware Carlson Software sells, namely tablets and other data-connected IOT hardware.
