How RTKMobile LLC collects, uses, and protects your personal information.

Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to rtkmobile.com and RTKMobile LLC and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to RTKMobile LLC include rtkmobile.com and RTK Mobile. The RTK Mobile website is an ecommerce site offering SIM cards, eSIMs, and mobile data services. By using the RTK Mobile website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.

Collection of your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, RTK Mobile may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

  • First and Last Name
  • Mailing Address
  • E-mail Address
  • Account credentials, such as your email address and password

If you purchase RTK Mobile's products and services, billing and payment card information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor. RTK Mobile does not store your full payment card number on its own servers. This information is used to complete the purchase transaction and manage your subscription.

If you use our SIM cards, eSIMs, or data services, we also process information necessary to provide those services, such as SIM/eSIM identifiers (for example, the ICCID), plan and subscription details, and data usage records. Our data usage records are limited to the total amount of data transmitted, measured at a resolution of one day; see "What We Can and Cannot See About Your Data Use" below.

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) sending us an email message; (c) submitting your payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We also may gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

Use of your Personal Information

RTK Mobile collects and uses your personal information to operate and deliver the services you have requested.

RTK Mobile may also use your personally identifiable information to inform you of other products or services available from RTK Mobile and its affiliates.

Sharing Information with Third Parties

RTK Mobile does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

RTK Mobile shares personal information with service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, account authentication, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support, email delivery, and shipping. We also share information with the mobile network operators and connectivity providers whose networks deliver your data service, to the extent necessary to provision and operate that service. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to RTK Mobile, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

RTK Mobile may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on RTK Mobile or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of RTK Mobile; and/or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of RTK Mobile, or the public.

Tracking User Behavior

RTK Mobile may keep track of the websites and pages our users visit within RTK Mobile, in order to determine what RTK Mobile services are the most popular. This data is used to deliver customized content and advertising within RTK Mobile to customers whose behavior indicates that they are interested in a particular subject area.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit the RTK Mobile website, information about your computer hardware and software may be automatically collected. This information can include: your IP address, browser type, and access times and your referring website. This information is used for the operation of the website, to maintain quality of the service, and to provide general statistics regarding use of the RTK Mobile website. Google Analytics is used to collect some of this information.

When you use our SIM cards, eSIMs, or data services, we also automatically collect a device identifier, your daily data usage totals, and the approximate location of the cell tower your SIM last connected to. This information is used to provision, operate, and bill for the service. The scope and limits of this collection are described in the "Location Information" and "What We Can and Cannot See About Your Data Use" sections below.

Location Information

When your SIM card or eSIM connects to a mobile network, we receive approximate location information derived from the cell tower your SIM connects to. This information is coarse: it indicates only the general area of the connecting tower and is accurate only to within a range of several miles. Determining your precise geographic position from this information is not within our capabilities, and we do not attempt to do so. We use this coarse location information to provision and operate the service, such as determining the country and network you are connecting through.

Many of our customers use RTK Mobile SIM cards to deliver correction data for centimeter-accurate GNSS/RTK positioning. That precise positioning data is computed and used on your own device and equipment. It is never transmitted to, visible to, or recorded by RTK Mobile.

What We Can and Cannot See About Your Data Use

RTK Mobile has no insight into the contents of the data transmitted through our SIM cards. We do not have the ability to see, collect, or record the substance of your communications, the geographic positions or other data your equipment transmits, the IP addresses or domains your device requests, or the websites or services you access through the SIM.

What we do record is your SIM data usage, measured as a daily total. We use these daily usage totals to administer your data allowance, for billing, and to detect abnormal usage patterns. We also see identifying information about your device (seen by us only as an IMEI number), and the location of your last-connected cell tower.

Use of Cookies

The RTK Mobile website may use "cookies" to help you personalize your online experience. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you.

One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you personalize RTK Mobile pages, or register with RTK Mobile site or services, a cookie helps RTK Mobile to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. This simplifies the process of recording your personal information, such as billing addresses, shipping addresses, and so on. When you return to the same RTK Mobile website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the RTK Mobile features that you customized.

You have the ability to accept or decline cookies. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. If you choose to decline cookies, you may not be able to fully experience the interactive features of the RTK Mobile services or websites you visit.

We encourage our users to be aware when they leave our site and to read the privacy statements of any other site that collects personally identifiable information.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

  • Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;
  • Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

  • Comply with an existing legal obligation; or
  • Otherwise use your personal information, internally, in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

From time to time, RTK Mobile may contact you via email for the purpose of providing announcements, promotional offers, alerts, confirmations, surveys, and/or other general communication.

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotional communications via email from RTK Mobile, you may opt out of such communications by using the unsubscribe link included in each such email, or by contacting us at info@rtkmobile.com. External Data Storage Sites

We may store your data on servers provided by third party hosting vendors with whom we have contracted.

Turnstile Privacy Addendum

Last updated: June 18, 2025

1. Introduction

Turnstile, developed by Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare"), is a pro-privacy website security tool that processes minimal Signals (as defined below) solely to protect web properties against malicious activity by distinguishing human users from bots and blocking bot traffic.

Cloudflare does not control whether a website chooses to use Turnstile; instead, they make Turnstile available to any website that is looking for a way to detect and block bot traffic.

2. Scope of this Addendum

This Turnstile Addendum is supplemental to Cloudflare's main Privacy Policy. It provides additional information specific to your use and interaction with Turnstile. This Addendum also applies to the personal data processed using Cloudflare's Challenge Platform, and any reference to "Turnstile" in this addendum applies equally to the Challenge Platform.

The Cloudflare Privacy Policy continues to apply to your use and interaction with Turnstile, except where this Turnstile Addendum provides more specific information. In those cases, the more specific information will apply instead.

3. Information We Collect

Cloudflare Turnstile processes a variety of client-side signals ("Signals") such as client IP address, TLS Fingerprint, User-Agent Header and Sitekey and associated origin. Cloudflare does not have the ability to directly identify any individuals from any of the Signals Turnstile collects, including IP addresses.

4. How We Use Information We Collect

(i) Bot detection and blocking

Turnstile is a tool to protect web properties by distinguishing human users from bots and blocking any detected bot traffic that could otherwise harm the safety and security of that property.

It does so by evaluating the Signals listed above specific to both the website visitor and the website visited. The purpose of collecting these Signals is not to identify, profile or target any individuals but solely to detect and block bots. The Signals collected by Turnstile are strictly necessary for this purpose (i.e. detecting and blocking bots to enable visitors to enjoy a safe and secure experience when visiting websites that have implemented Turnstile).

Cloudflare is a data processor of Signals that they process to provide the Turnstile service to their customers, that is, securing their customers' websites. This means that they process Signals for this purpose on behalf of, and pursuant to instructions issued by, their website operator customers (who are the data controllers of any data processed for this purpose). If you have questions, or wish to exercise any data protection rights, regarding Cloudflare's processing of Turnstile data to provide their service, please contact the relevant website operator.

(ii) Improving Turnstile's bot detection capabilities

Cloudflare also processes the Signals described in this Privacy Notice to improve Turnstile. This is necessary to refine and improve their bot detection algorithms in order to respond to evolving bot threats, and to maintain the security of the web properties that website visitors choose to visit.

Cloudflare is a data controller of Signals that they process to improve Turnstile's bot detection capabilities. This Turnstile Privacy Notice (in conjunction with Cloudflare's main Privacy Policy) governs their processing of Signals for this purpose.

5. Notice to EU and UK Residents

To the extent that the data described in the Turnstile Privacy Notice qualifies as personal data, then:

  • When processing this personal data as a processor to protect our customers' websites, our customers, as controllers, determine the lawful basis of this processing, and we process this data under their instruction and on their behalf; and
  • When processing this personal data as a controller, we rely on our legitimate interests in improving the effectiveness of Turnstile's bot detection capabilities to process this Turnstile data.

6. Cookies

The Signals collected by Turnstile are strictly necessary for the purpose of detecting and blocking bots to enable visitors to enjoy a safe and secure experience when visiting websites that have implemented Turnstile.

For more information about the cookies used by Cloudflare, please check their Cookie Policy and their Turnstile Developer Docs.

Contact for Privacy Concerns

If you have questions or concerns about this Turnstile Privacy Notice or your personal data processed through Turnstile, please contact Cloudflare's Data Protection Officer at dpo@cloudflare.com.
