Based on our internal checks, we are observing improvements on our side; however, we are still awaiting confirmation from our connectivity provider that the issue has been fully resolved. Our investigation indicates that 2G and 3G technologies were fully impacted, while LTE services were only partially affected.
This outage is affecting new registrations for a subset of SIMs, and has been escalated for investigation with our connectivity provider. We are actively pushing for updates and awaiting their teams to identify the root cause and implement a comprehensive solution. SIMs outside of the affected group have not been impacted.
